Red Levee is a new restaurant/bar that aims to become the top leisure spot in the Chicago. Our goal is to create a bar where everyone can get some great food, cold drinks, and relax in a laid-back, casual atmosphere and enjoy a wide variety of entertainment. We want our customers to have more fun during their
leisure time.
Located in the Chicago Near South Side area, there seems to be void entertainment industry. We plan to change that!
Red Levee, is an entertainment themed restaurant/bar. In today’s market, and with the massive availability of cable and satellite TV, a bar has to offer more than a few screens. We plan to offer a better cabaret experience in the city by offering live music, comedy shows, sketch performances and themed party concepts.
Red Levee will serve freshly prepared, high quality, popular cuisine that is targeted to appeal to a variety of tastes and budgets with an emphasis on reasonably and moderately priced items of particular appeal to a local market.
This is not a real bar. This is merely a conceptual school project regarding business and the use of social media. I created the website, Facebook and Twitter accounts to show the power of Social Media Marketing. Some of the photos and content were not authorized to be used. As my final school project I am putting together a comprehensive Business Plan including operating agreements, traditional marketing, social media (website, facebook, twiter, email newsletter), menu items projected financial statements, area demographics, swot analysis, philosophy, mission statement, and the overall concept of an entertainment bar as a staple to the new entertainment district of Chicago.
